Interchangeable Frame
The frame is purposeful by design as a minimal element that allows the lens to be the hero. Available in Fork and Dart styles, the frame stays completely out of the athlete’s view and adds comfort during high activity while also complementing the athlete’s ergonomic needs. The frame is made from a co-injected high-performance rubber composite and is completely interchangeable with a simple tug on and off.
Frame Attachment
The frame slides onto a titanium tip, providing a secure fit while also being easy to remove and migrate to other lens filters in the athlete’s kit.
Interchangeable Lens
This is state-of-the-art proprietary ZEISS PILLA coating science that provides a 99.5% reduction in light dispersion on the lens surface, both front and back, simulating a “black hole.” The lens surface effectively eats light and delivers exceptional anti-reflective performance. There is virtually no light reflection or surface dispersion, creating a crystal-clear visual experience. This technology is architected for athletes actively doing sport in real time, hence the platform of “LIVE.” In high-performance sports, optimal vision is a major competitive advantage, and Vista X lens technology provides demonstrable gains in an athlete’s visual aptitude.
Panoramic Lens Design
The slim nature of the Vista X provides a minimalistic and streamlined lens profile while still delivering a completely immersive experience. The panoramic visor design provides complete panoramic vision, reaching the farthest depth of one’s periphery. The Vista offers 24mm of additional coverage and 180 degrees of filtered vision compared to the Razor. This enables the athlete to fully utilize the filtered technology in every corner of vision, allowing them to see the full court, partners, and competitors through the panoramic lens.
Sweat Bar
The Vista X has a very soft rubber sweat bar that helps provide venting and enhance airflow on the back of the lens. This feature helps reduce steaming on the backside of the lens and, when coupled with our “ICE” lens coating science, the effectiveness is second to none. The blue sweat bar color indicates the lenses have PILLA’s proprietary “LIVE” coating.
Nosepiece
The nosepiece of the Vista X uses a single saddle mold made of high-performance silicone, providing a comfortable fit while planting the glasses on the face and allowing them to withstand high levels of athletic activity.
